Garden Party

June 15 2013 . . . Hotel Leger, Mokelumne Hill

Guests were all decked out in beautiful attire and they graced the garden at the Hotel Leger.  The Speakeazy Jazz Band filled the air with tunes from the 20s, 30's and 40's.

The arts council wants to thank the committee members who mastered the evening with charm, poise, and a lot of hard work. Committee members to applaud are:

Ed Cline, Brenda Nasser, Sumiko Mancimelli, Pat Miltamore, Marilyn Krause, Linda Hansen,

Kathy Dietrich

Donations Accepted Any Time

Recently the Seattle AP reported that non profits are facing hard times. The Calaveras Arts Council is well aware of the downturn in contributions, donations, and memberships. You can help us support, nourish, and awaken the arts by making an end of year, tax deductible contribution to us. Click on How to Donate for more information.  Or better yet, come in and see us. You can also donate to the California Arts Council (they help us each year with a grant for general operations) when you file your annual taxes.
Please check the box.

Donations do not have to be about money.

If you have an unwanted office supplies, we can really use it. Also, donations can be about time too. If you have time to share, please consider volunteering at arts council events like Music in the Parks, Ovations, Gallery Calaveras, Home Concerts, Membership Dinners and more.
